Quality proteins and healthy fats will be important
Ghrelin, besides telling the body to eat, is a growth hormone producer so it will be important to also increase your intake of quality proteins to stimulate your growth hormone production. We will set out guides for you to do quality proteins and healthy fats and discuss these regularly with you.
Skin care.
Because it will be important to stimulate your skin while the fat supporting it shrinks, we will teach you techniques to bring blood flow, collegian, and hydration to the skin and how to improve lymphatic draining (carry toxins away). We are going to provide you tips to improve the elasticity of skin to help it bounce back when the underlying fat is going away.
Exercise
The more muscle a body has the more it burns calories. We are going to set up guides for you to incorporate exercise and building muscle while losing fat.
Blood sugar
GLPs will lower blood sugar so if you are on insulin, it is very important to be monitoring blood sugar levels. Do not take more than one type of GLP1 in conjunction with another GLP1. That would lead to blood sugar becoming too low for the body and brain.
Blood pressure
Losing weight and lowering inflaming foods/drinks can lower your blood pressure so if you are taking blood pressure medication it is important to track you BP daily and speak with the doctor who prescribed that medication. They will probably want to lower your dosing as weight comes off.
Hydration is important – why?
Because a stomach will be slower to empty, water may be less attractive but it is very, very important to stay well hydrated to avoid nausea, constipation and diarrhea. Consuming water that has minerals in it or taking the right trace minerals will help the body use the water it is given. Water that has been filtered typically has no minerals and without minerals to unlock the cells, the water just passes through the body.
